  • My son has been attending youth boxing classes there and we have been seeing the improvements to his health. We don't have to force him to go, he enjoys learning there. He comes home and tells us that people there are motivating him. I'm glad that he is surrounded by so much positivity!!!

  • Great workout. Clean, orderly, good energy. Don is really into it. His workout is not for the faint of heart but it's great for the heart. Teaneck has a special place to workout.
