• #1 I love the cozy and friendly +family..everybidy on staff speaks atmosphere, the cleanliness, the equipment especially the versa climber and treadmill with 25 level elevation & the fan attached! #2: I recently attended a Bootcamp Class and the trainer Marit was amazing: Her instructions and examples of the exercises to come with her participation was amazing! She helped me keep pace! Her class was truly one of the best I've ever attended!!! As a NEW MOM...SHE ROCKED...& WAS TRULY A SUPERSTAR TRAINER 👏 💪 👏💪

• The care, patience and knowledge that are giving to the children in the classes is unmatched! If that's what the trainers are doing for the kids just imagine what they do for adults!

• My son has been attending youth boxing classes there and we have been seeing the improvements to his health. We don't have to force him to go, he enjoys learning there. He comes home and tells us that people there are motivating him. I'm glad that he is surrounded by so much positivity!!!

• Great workout. Clean, orderly, good energy. Don is really into it. His workout is not for the faint of heart but it's great for the heart. Teaneck has a special place to workout.
