• Overall, staff was very friendly: understanding about having to cancel first appt, very obvious they are cognizant/diligent about cleanliness/precautions- appreciated having you wait outside and call at arrival, liked that they have kn95s for longer services, noticed staff doing a lot of hand hygiene, explained about how the whole salon was cleaned. Also explained my service very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable during it. Great experience and I will definitely be returning. I genuinely feel happy about giving them my business.
