• The receptionist is great, she tolerated my chatting away for a good 30 minutes because I arrived ultra-early for my appointment, not knowing how long it would take me to get downtown by bus from where I live (southwest Milwaukee near Southridge). I also really liked Kia. She was very thorough and helpful in determining what I wanted and hoped for in a hair cut, which isn't an easy thing to make it look thick and fluffy and pretty as it has thinned a lot over the years and I have small baldish patches here and there. She did a great job and was very attentive while also being efficient. I would recommend her to my friends.
