• I chose a 10 based on my experience with Lisa. She exceeds my expectations. My first visit was for Botox best experience ever, no touch-ups were needed. I am disappointed by the misleading email. A month after my first visit I received an email offering a 20% discount. I assumed it was a thank you for choosing our office.. I called booked an appointment, had a procedure, only to be told it for first time clients at checkout. My question is why did I receive the email if I am already a patient? This left me with a bad impression. I actually received 2 emails reminding me the offer was soon to expire. I was not happy when I was informed that I was not entitled to the discount. "Honest review."
