• Janet was incredible. I appreciated her professionalism. She took direction really well when I explained the injury I was working through and adjusted pressure accordingly. I felt so good after and had relief in my lower back which had been nagging me for some time.

• I had an appointment for massage and facial at 4 pm on a Tuesday. I was traveling from Orange County and had figured a hour and some minutes would be sufficient time to be on time for my appointment. Well we all know about LA traffic, and on this day was the worst, every freeway along the route there was an accident. I knew I wasn't going to make my 4pm appointment and informed the spa of my situation. They were so understanding,kind and patient telling me not to rush and safe travels. Mind you that they were booked! I got to my appointment at 4:40, they juggled there appointments for others to provide me with a much needed full 60 massage and a full facial. Sometimes it's not the services that companies provide, but the care, respect support and most of all the love that places them higher than the rest. I work very hard to earn my money, so I'm very selective on who I give it too. I desire love and respect of the money I bring to businesses, not like they are doing me a favor. This is a rare jewel that I really don't want to share in fear that it might not be the same. But nothing lasts forever, so with that I'm riding this horse til the finish line! Great, awesome, attentive, professional, but real and not pretentious folks! Thank you team DESUAR!
