• Karen is the best personal trainer I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I've been training with her for a year and in that time frame I've lost over 40 pounds and increased my strength, endurance and energy. I highly recommend her if you're trying to get back in shape. And by the way I'm not a 20 something year old person where this feat would not have been so challenging. I'm almost 60. She is a miracle worker!

• Clean, upscale atmosphere, friendly staff. I did the massage with the water jets it was suuuuper relaxing. Only complaint is that it was too bright in the room, and the music instead of being relaxing spa sounds was cheesy singing music. But again super nice super relaxing
