Literally the BEST Hot 26 that I have EVER been to. Megan gave us all such grace and the poses were perfect, spot on! I always feel welcomed back to my yoga home, never judged, when I have been away from my practice, for longer than I would like. Life gets in the way sometimes but my happy place is at Destin Hot Yoga.

Very simple, the studio is great, the instructors are fantastic and I have significantly improved my health as a result of consistently doing Hot 26 and Inferno Hot Pilates. Thank you DHY! 🙏💪
