Lillian challenged me. The music was too loud for my taste (granted my mat was right next to the speaker) - and the room was dark. Both things I didn't like Which is perfect. that's why I do this. To get out of my comfort zone. Near the end I was fighting the urge to walk out because I was having to focus on my breathing in a much more concerted effort and it was getting tough (aww poor baby got a wittle too hot? I said to myself) I just kept reminding myself how often in life I've stopped right before the payoff and always regretted it. 10/10 excellent class I'll be back hoping the music is louder and the string lights are off.

Upon arrival, friendly and helpful staff with clear instruction on navigating the studio spaces. Excellent instruction. Very clean and hot temperatures when expected for hot yoga.
