Atmosphere and teacher were very welcoming. I almost died in the heat lol... But felt every muscle melt. The cold towel saved me from getting into my own head at the end. :) It was lovely. I would only say as a new student it is hard to watch the instructor bc of layout. Maybe for beginners long way with instructor by the entrance would be helpful.
