Top-tier yoga studio. Best hot yoga studio in Choctawhatchee Bay surrounding areas. Great infrastructure of changing rooms, bathroom and showers for guest. There is plenty of physical space for students in the heated room. Instructors lead practices that seamlessly flow while also being scalable to a students current level of beginner to advance practitioner.
