Absolutely love this studio! The heat/humidity are perfect and the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and challenging. I come here each time we vacation and look so forward to practicing yoga here. My schedule revolves around when I am going to practice! I am an RYT200 with a lot of hours teaching and recognize a good hot yoga studio......and DHY is one!'n

Challenging but down to earth yoga that made me feel like I was doing the yoga classes that were popular ten years ago before it went super mainstream. Great instructor and I love the heated room.

I think you are doing a great job with the pandemic, but I wish class-size was still limited so there was more room to spread out. The more intense the class, the more intense the breathing .... so I’ve decided I’m not gonna go to the more popular classes because I’m too close to people who could be asymptomatic and positive for COVID and only 3 feet away won’t protect me. ;-)))).
