I attend Vicki's class Thursday at 6pm and love it! Her teaching style is great. I leave feeling amazing and have so much energy. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming too!

She really guides you, sometimes the slightest instruction allows youto get where your going. I love the options to take it further or tobe okay and safe where you are at. I've only been to your practicetwice and both instructors are incredible and different❤️
