The classes are great and the staff are so understanding and helpful! Classes at other studios that bill themselves as “hot classes” don’t even come close in comparison to Destin hot yoga!

Sarah LaTour provided a challenging and beneficial private yoga session. It was extremely beneficial for my injured shoulder but not intimidating and overwhelming. Awesome experience and worth every penny.

I attend Vicki's class Thursday at 6pm and love it! Her teaching style is great. I leave feeling amazing and have so much energy. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming too!
