The entire experience was top notch. The mat/towel rental was very reasonably priced and convenient. And the actual session was fantastic. I felt that frank did an exquisite job both pushing and guiding me (a newbie) through the practice. His words of advice at the beginning pushed me through to the end. The guided meditation at the end truly allowed me to feel refreshed and revitalized. An overall fantastic experience
