The studio is in a great location with plenty of parking. I also love the welcoming reception area and the lockers :) The instructor, Justin, was there very early in, so i had plenty of time to relax ahead of the class and get used to the heat. The time is very convenient 6am. ( Although 5 am will allow me to come more often). The class itself touches all the yoga milestones. Plenty of time for pranayama, warm up streches and asanas. with some sprinkles of marcial arts and a couple others i am not sure where they come from but were good. (gotta like some surprise now and then). Time for savatsana (check). Music was great. The delivery of the class fantastic. Love the pace, the relaxed and clear tone of voice, demonstrations and explanations of the asanas. The instructor is present and aware. He opened the door for some lare arriving students withouth altering the flow for the rest of us. (Nothing worst than racing to get on time to a studio and finding the door closed because u are 5mins late). He checked on a student who needed to get out for a break. (no disturbance for us). The class was packed and on a couple of occassion extra ventilation was really needed. And he was on it. Cool towel at the end of the class and sent us back to the world wishing us a great weekend. What else can you ask for. Great, great, great

Loved the heated room. People were welcoming and kind. Very informative of yoga poses. Hands on instruction was available. Fantastic studio.
