I have been coming to DHY for years! The heat, humidity, etc are perfect for the correct parameters of hot yoga and the instructors are great! The entire vibe is wonderful. I am a yoga instructor and I appreciate a good yoga studio! I look so forward to practicing at DHY every time we come to Destin.
