Mindful flow with Angel is the perfect class for me! very challenging, but at the right pace. also after class Angel had some inspirational words. something to the effect of: if you stay in the practice, instead of focus on quitting the things that no longer serve you, you won't have time for them and they'll fall away. I think as much as the yoga is helping me physically, i am inspired to continue to be a part of the "yoga family" that you have worked so hard to cultivate at Destin Hot Yoga.
