• 9 because the results are beautiful. I love my haircuts and color treatments by Hannah. She takes her time with me and is detailed. The environment is calming and peaceful. The staff are courteous and kind. I didn't give a 10 because that would be a perfect score and every company can always improve. I love going to the salon and look forward to it each month.
