• The customer service, both over the phone, and in person, was immaculate. They were very kind, friendly, and efficient. My stylist, Zuzu, was a joy the entire time. Honestly, honestly, if I had one tiny issue, it was at the website list men's haircut at $15, and the charge ended up being $28, but the haircut was perfect, and exactly what I wanted, so didn't say a word about it!
