Where do I start? Im a first time mom and post partum has been kicking my behinds i chose this sunday to do some self care. i saw they give free waxes. i had an appointment at 3:10 (hi ladies) i had my daughter with me and they refused to services me because of my daughter their policy is kids are allowed but they have to be 8... If we all are going to use our common sense. I think an 8 year old would do more damage than a 1 year old. In my opinion a 8 year olds wouldnt need to come with their mothers anyways. Let alone supervised. I was absolutely embarrassed and disrespected. either change the policy or close. This isnt your first negative review. Piece of shits

I am leaving this review because I had an appointment with them to use their services. I booked online, and they offered first timers their wax free. When I showed up for my appointment I was informed that they would not give me a free service as advertised because I didn't have a Texas I.D. I am annoyed and aggravated, not because of the cost, but because this requirement was NO where on their website. Also, I scheduled my activities for the day around this appointment. I visit the Dallas area from Oklahoma very frequently and enjoy trying new places. The ones I like I tend to revisit when I come back. Obviously Depil does not take that into consideration with their unadvertised stipulation. No worries. I will go back to Wax in the City and/or European Wax.

well OUCH is all. 4 minute rule - see other posts-I arrived on time but got to wait 16 minutes- guess grace period only goes one way. Floor was sticky and the place looked like it needed to be scrubbed.
Had bikini wax here two years ago literally painLESS.
not anymore!! after my lovely wait the process was B A D - like real real bad. I had a surgery that hurt less -huge rash started to erupt. waxer said oh that will go down - um no It got volcanic as hours progressed.

Really appreciated fighting the nightmare construction on west seventh and ZERO parking available. Only to park out in the sticks and jog to the storefront to try to make it to my appointment on time because I'm a considerate client and respect the employee's time. It's clearly no fault but my own for not calculating the immense obstacles beforehand. I take full responsibility. However, I've paid for a year's membership in advance, I tip well and always come fresh out of the shower only to be turned away by the inconsiderate, condescending associate at the front desk for Honest To God....arriving at 7:05. I was 1 minute...60 seconds out of this 4 minute policy. I am not happy. After I collect on the rest of my membership THAT IS FULLY PAID (one more time for the people in the back) I'm never coming back. This a huge loyal customer appreciation and service FAIL. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for services. Not worth your hard earned money and time to deal with people who speak to you like a peasant and kick up a fuss over 1 minute. RUN.TO ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT. NOT.WORTH. IT. #itsourpolicy

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. As others have mentioned their arbitrary FOUR minute late policy is ridiculous. I've been on early or on time customer every time until today (though they're certainly not always running on time); I was just 1 minute past due to work and the road construction on west 7th and they were watching the clock as I ran in and basically said too bad. They also nickel and dime you for waxing bikini areas (which I've never experienced at other salons). Finally, I've had to tweeze afterwards because they miss hair after appointments. Trust me. Find another waxing place.

I love Karen, my tech, but unfortunately I will not be returning. I show up for my appt in December and there's a sign in the door saying they are closed for the week. I received no phone call or email. I call the Arlington office and they explain the situation and I should have been notified. The person takes down my name and number. I received no call from anyone during this time. Fast forward to January, I call bc I want a refund for my monthly fee. I did not purchase a wax pass, but I'm charged monthly at a discounted rate. The manager tells me that they were too busy to call everyone during that week, but grants me my refund. I wont be returning due to the lack of communication. My life is busy and I live too far away to show up to an empty building. Today I have attempted to call because I have been charged again and no one is answering the phone.

This business had me at hello. When i walked in the cashier was so friendly and sweet. There was a line but i waited maybe a few minutes and my technician knew exactly who i was. She grabbed me out of the line asked me a few questions and got to business. She was very friendly and talked to me thr whole while to keep me distracted. When i was initially introduced to their wax i thought that my experience would be painful, but low and behold it wasnt. What a pleasurable feeling. I won't make this review to lengthy or detailed, but I will say that at Deep Brazil the technicians are thorough. Not only are they throuough, but the wax that they use is so smooth and make a your skin feels soft and silky. My skin felt like sill afterwards. Thrybgave me some general tips and sold me on a cpuple of items.
Now don't get me wrong, I can easily see this place as a gimicky sales pitchy place of business BUT I believe they pride themselves on providing you with resources and letting you make a decision at the end of the day. I was just turned away from my appointment because I had my 4 month old with me (asleep in his car seat) because he was a "liability around wax." Absolutely ridiculous, and there is nothing about this in the policies on their website. They just lost a customer permanently and I encourage you to not visit a place so inconsiderate to mothers who do not have child care.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Made what could be an obviously awkward situation seem very professional and relaxed.
Was very pleased with the results. The timeframe for completion was beyond my expectations and my aesthetician did an amazing job. (Thank you Jessica)
