1st time getting waxed and i had a great experience thanks to Zaynab at Depil. Jacinda greeted me and was very kind and understanding of my nerves.
i was waxed by Zaynab who made me feel very comfortable.
the only complaint that i have is that i would have liked a "take a deep breathe" or a "1,2,3... when she was pulling the wax off (i like to know when the pain is coming!), but that's something i can easily ask for next time.

4 weeks ago I Came to my apt on time an didn't get seen till 20 minutes later but today I came 5 mins late an they moved my appointment

I created a membership with Depil and never anticipated on needing to relocate due to my husband orders in less than 6 months time. Well, we got orders and we have to relocate. Depil doesn't not have a location near my next station. They are building one "soon" no actual date per the front office. So I tell them well with that being said I need to cancel my membership they said okay...you just have to go online and submit the request. So then I ask about my next month I already paid and have a credit for she said we can get you in before you leave it won't be at the exact time frame you are due back but it will be like a week early it's okay though. I said okay let schedule it then Monday, January 15th 1 day before I move on the 16th which I stated to them as well. Never was it mentioned I had a membership termination fee, never was it mentioned if I cannot use my credited Brazilian Wax there was no monetary value for that. Fast forward today I get a text saying we "Hello, this message is to inform you that if we do have bad weather Monday we will be closed, to get in sooner please give us a call at 817-394-2384" So clearly I call...I explain I will not be able to reschedule because we are PCS to a state that does not have a Depil currently. So how do I request my refund since already cancelled my membership. She said you have to pay a termination fee and we can't use the credit to apply to that fee because it's a credited Brazilian Wax and it doesn't have a monetary value....so I paid for a service I didn't use received a credit, but can't use the credit and can't get a refund on the credit I was already charged for in the membership fee..I am not able to complete the contract due to Military ORDERS and you can't accommodate because there is NO LOCATION in the STATE. She's like basically and the termination fee is $50...it's not that $50 is going to break me...it's that I already paid my membership fee and had a pending service credit...that would cover this but I can't use it so now I'm out $51 for my membership service credit & $50 to terminate a contract THEY can not accommodate. So it's my fault you have no location in Florida yet...this is by far the worst case of Poor Military Respect, Customer Service Consideration, just plain horrible. Depil owner Andrea you need to do better Ma'am this is a horrible way to run a business. Not all situations are the same and should be treated as such.

Jazmin was great, professional and quick. Services were painless however I feel like bc it's a certain time frame (15 min) they aren't thorough. I still had very visible patches, wax stuck in hair that should've been waxed off. This was my first hard wax and although the experience was not bad, the results were.

This place is great! Jazmyn was so kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She informed me on everything she was doing and checked with me multiple times that my eyebrows were shaped how I wanted. Everything was clean and all staff members were very welcoming. Scheduling was easy and everything is fairly priced. Was in and out in 25 minutes. Definitely will be coming back!

Kendall was really sweet at the front desk . I was service by Hannah she's been waxing for about six months awesome girl a little painful but hey beauty is pain isn't .
