• Session didn't feel rushed. Dr. Prada took time to listen to what I am feeling and then thoroughly checked my body in each area to figure out what needs to be done to help. I also appreciated that dry needling was done first and hit numerous spots to get the most release, then doing the chiropractic adjustment when the muscles relaxed more.
