• Vanessa was amazing! I did not like the trainer I was sent to for ACL recovery through OCC, so I sought out a more athlete centered place where I know the trainers are passionate about getting you back to where you want to be and more. Vanessa proved to be exactly that. She was able to think on her feet and come up with modifications to exercises to suit my needs. I can’t wait to keep working with her and utilize the awesome services this place has to offer!
