• Dr. Morgan is providing thorough and compassionate physical therapy care for my teen daughter and all staff are friendly and responsive. DSR provides a much greater array of recovery tools than we’ve experienced elsewhere. Glad we found DSR!

• I would gladly recommend DSR to anyone in need of any of the services they offer. Everyone there is very friendly and communicates very well. They provide a great comforting and welcoming environment. The only reason I would go anywhere else would be if I moved farther away.
