• I always feel welcome at the Center. The staff is friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable and has come to know me by name as I pass by for other purposes. One is in an intimate and personal setting while receiving treatments even if it is merely a facial. The environment lends itself to comfort and trust in a situation where one might feel vulnerable. The rooms are clean and inviting. The ambience is relaxing and restful. Karen is open to simple suggestions to make me feel more comfortable such as lighting or music volume changes.
