Will was fantastic with my 13 year old son. He listened to both of us but made sure that my son was choosing his own look. Which is awesome because as a gender queer youth, he has terrible anxiety in these situations because he's never sure if people will judge him. Will probably wasn't aware of that at all, and spoke with him man to man which he needs. And the vibe in the salon and A Simple Man reminded me of my very misspent youth hanging out with all the cool cats in dive bars with comfy couches & epic Rock-Ola jukebox selections. A Simple Man was anything but. And despite the masculinity oozing from every reclaimed piece of wood, the inclusion was palpable and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Toxic masculinity had no place in any of the establishments. And I got the best intelligent laughs I've had since we moved here. A damn fine time was had by all. We will be back. Huzzah gentlemen. 👍🤘
