I have been training with Head Coach, David for two years. My experience is beyond my expectations. Aimee and David have created a beautiful facility. It is, by far, the best training facility in Vancouver. My focus has been on strength and mobility - I have never felt better. David is an excellent coach and I feel inspired and motivated - never wanting to miss a session. I am happy to share my experience.
