Its Not A Massage

My girlfriend was having trouble with chronic neck pain and was looking for anything to help her.

We found DEMOR via Yelp and Groupon.

Originally it was very difficult to contact anyone from DEMOR. I got ahold of Sammy from Instagram and they said their phone service was messed up because of Verizon. There was a lot of DM and phone tag involved.  Sammy was very helpful and sent me intake forms, which we had to fill out. They were 3 pages long and very detail oriented.  Sammy warned me that it wasn't going to be a relaxing spa which I was hoping for.

We finally got to book two appointments at the same time.

The location was a little hard to find because of the buildings look the same with mirrors. We look at the pictures on their yelp/Instagram page to help us locate the right building. Parking is plentiful.  We had to knock on the glass door to see if anyone was there.

We were greeted by Allie, James, then William.

My session was with James. Do not let his age and appearance fool you. James was very professional, knowledge, friendly, and so many years ahead amongst his peers. James communicated very well with my needs. He originally thought the session was 90 minutes but actually asked me to make sure. James told me he had to speed things up since his initial thought was 60 minutes.

The work space is very clean. Clean sheets and relaxing music.

The massage is completely different than any other sports massage, spa massage, or bodywork massage. They get deep into your tissues and hot spots. I felt like a new man after my session. James was super detail and knew where to go. James got into my hamstrings and inner thighs; Kneading out the soreness.

The quality of the massage is the best you can get. No doubts about it. The time they put into getting to know you and your trouble areas is priceless. William and James will review your intake form to get to better know you. There are detail questions there that will help them treat you.
 
The price is a little steep for us because we don't make much money, so I would highly recommend purchasing a Groupon at the site after your massage. They have an office with a computer there to make your purchase.  Apparently Groupon takes big percentage of the cut.

Perfect, exactly what I've been looking for. I've been having lower back stiffness and William was able to fix that. After I felt more loose and my back feels great. I highly recommend this place if you have any muscle tightness.

I was really looking forward to getting a massage at this location, but unfortunately, that never happened. I called and attempted to schedule an appointment. The guy that I spoke to took my contact information and stated that he would call me back to confirm an appointment. He never called.

Unfortunately, over the past month I have been have sever lower back pain with contagious lover back muscle spasms to the point where I wanted to scream.

I highly recommend Will for any hardcore athletes and individuals with back/hip and neck problems. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the body and systems that can be affected through injuries to muscles on opposing areas.

I came on Yelp and wrote a very unfavorable review after the treatment I received during my first visit at the hands of an incompetent receptionist. Since that date, I received a call from William, the owner, apologizing for the treatment received and offering to make it right. I subsequently had the opportunity to meet with William and receive his caring and effective treatment. I have changed my opinion completely and DEMOR has gone from one star to five stars. I have already returned and continue to treceive excellent treatment from Demor Hotspot!
