• It is the first gym that I have EVER felt comfortable at. I am not an athletic person, so working out has always been awkward and uncomfortable for me. Upon my first visit the ladies were welcoming and encouraging. I only wish I could stay and talk with them longer everyday versus rushing out to pick up my kids!

• The workouts are quick, but long enough to allow for a good conditioning. The coaches are great and help with technique and posture during each station. All fitness levels can participate in the same class with modifications, so everyone is welcome. PLUS the childcare makes it possible for the mamas!
