• I love Delta Life !! I've always been some what intimidated by going to the Gym. With the classes being smaller and having an instructor there helping you and pushing you through the workout is exactly what I've been looking for.

• I've always been self conscious in the gym, felt like everyone was always staring a hole through you. With delta life I feel right at home, with encouraging instructors that treat you like a friend and not like it's their job to be there with you. It's just nice to go somewhere get a good workout with people who genuinely seem to be your friend and help you.
