• I loved the class, teacher, and the facility. But the class was labeled as gentle and should definitely be labeled as a flow class. Being somewhat experienced in yoga, I enjoyed it. But I could imagine that someone new to yoga that is choosing a gentle class may not be ready for the intensity.

• I love every instructor I've ever had there. I'm a big fan of the focus on slower more restorative classes. I often go to yin, restorative, or a slow flow class. And I find the rates to be really reasonable for a yoga studio

• The Tai massage was excellent, I was in a lot of pain before coming. The massage loosen up the stiffness in hip and shoulder neck area. I had a good night sleep without catering to my right side.

• I just loved everything about Delta Groove Yoga, especially how my first class (in 3+years) made me feel! I had energy the rest of the day! Then there was the time Lindsey gave me re scheduling classes during the two week "try everything out" period and costs. She is a delight! Plus I loved the ambiance in the studio and all the beautiful crystals in the front space.

• Ashli's primal movement class on Saturday was sort of a full circle moment for me. My dad introduced me to Delta Groove Yoga back in 2014 when I was struggling to conceive and plagued by anxiety. I returned for prenatal yoga while pregnant with both of my children in 2015 and 2017. On Saturday both kids (now 6 and 8 years old) got to join me for a class. They had a great time pretending to be animals. It was such a great night out for all 3 of us. It is amazing this class is able to be engaging for and challenging for ages 6-76. This place has been such a sanctuary for me. I am so happy I got to share it with my kids.
