• From the time I walked into the studio I was lovingly welcomed by Kiki and other staff. My ashtanga practice with Niki was so sweetly supported as she gives explanations where needed . She has a very subtle way of encouraging me to find my own strength during assists and is very intuitive about knowing when we need guidance and when we are doing our own thing. Yogi classmates support each other and welcome new faces . Cheering for somersaults and nurturing any topples in balancing challenges we learn together. I absolutely adore this class 💗

• Best place in Memphis! They don't just have yoga here. They put in a lot of special workshops and events. Cute boutique with unusual items and a high vibe community. And if course, amazing yoga!
