Request to delete your information

Persuant to the MINDBODY Privacy Policy, you may request that we delete your contact information from our records. Once you have confirmed your request by clicking the link in the email or confirmation text message we send, it cannot be undone.

Because Marketing Suite is a marketing tool used by customers who are responsible for managing their own contact lists, if you wish to be removed from the records of specific Marketing Suite customers, you may also need to contact those businesses or individuals directly to request your information be removed.

In certain cases, some of your information may be retained for various reasons. For more information, see the MINDBODY Privacy Policy.
