I really don't want to give them any stars one would be way to much........ I had a appointment at the Salon when I arrived I found out they we're know longer with him. So the manager said I have someone else they are very good don't worry. And I'll also give you $20.00 off, your color. The lady colored my hair, let me say I was a strawberry blonde when I went in. Now I'm a dark brunette, they not only ruined my hair color they also cut hunks out of the top of my hair.. ( I asked for a little bit more bangs ) and the only thing she could say to me is that it will grow back... Then the manager/ owner came over and proceeded to thin out the top of my hair... I would stay far away from this place they are very unprofessional and so rude they didn't care that they ruined my hair...

Would give no stars if possible. The place wasn't open! Went online, booked an appointment, show up, and the business is closed. Nothing on the site says it's closed, phone number would ring once and go to a voicemail left a couple of messages, still nothing and hell even at the door it has the sign set to open but the doors were locked and no one inside. If I knew it was closed I would have never booked, and the worst part of all is the fact that you have to book with a credit card. Waiting to see if I will get charged for a "no show" or if anyone is even monitoring their bookings. Frustrated because of the rain and the fact I wasted my time.

Worst massage experience ever. No one greeted me for ten minutes. The entire massage was rubbing lotion on me then squeezing my skin. The massage therapist then cut me short 30 minutes. I then waited another 5 minutes for my owner to come out to pay. The real kicker is the massage was 155 without tip. Don't bother with the new management.

Unimpressed with my facial. The products used I felt like I could have bought myself for a much cheaper price. Staff for the most part is friendly and the facility itself is nice. The place has potential but there are a few things that could be worked on.
Things seem very disorganized. I was told two different prices. Then I was told the facial I requested was not available after the fact that I already arrived. They had 24 hours to let me know they didn't have what I wanted. It would have been nice to have been told that over the phone instead of arriving and being told you didn't have the facial I wanted. One star would be wwwaaaayyyyyy to nice for this salon!!! The ownership is extremely poor and my wife also had an extreme issue with their coupon/gift cards (similar to previous post by Elizabeth O)!!! They wouldn't accept it any longer!!!!

Gwen is a unique therapist that combines her techniques to relax and heal. She does an incredible job and every time I go see her I come out so relaxed and feeling a positive energy that lasts for several days. She has definitely changed my life quality! You must go to one of her therapies, you won't regret!!!

As I told you on the phone, I did not feel comfortable doing a massage during my pregnancy and was waiting until after I delivered. Then I had a c-section and could not get a massage for quite a while due to not being able to get around easily. I would think because I have been going to your business for many years and have never taken advantage of the expiration date before, an exception could be made... If that's how you choose to handle your business that is your choice.

Our record shows that the only gift certificate was purchased on your name for the amount of $300.00 with the expiration date of August 13, 2015.You have received massages and facial at 2 different occasions, March 13 2015 and July 17 2015 redeeming the gift certificate for a total sum of $230.00, carrying a balance of $70.00. You have called August 16, 2016, over a year past the certificate expiration date, wanted to make appointment to redeem its remaining balance. The balance could have very easily been used during your pregnancy receiving our relaxing and soothing Maternity Massage, designed to relieve tension, and to nurture the mother-to-be before the certificate expiration date. As to your claim of extending the certificate expiration date, as a curtsy to our customers, we do extend expiration date of our gift certificates to a reasonable time due to unexpected and uncontrolled situations, but not over a year. My husband always gets me gift cards. On this last gift card, my hubby got me a large amount that would cover multiple massages. The owner told me not to worry about the expiration date. I got pregnant and didn't use my gift card for several months. It expired and the owner refused to honor it even though my hubby and I have spent a lot of money there. Just terrible. I will not be using them again.

Went here for hair service because I wanted a change. Asked the guy on the phone to put me with someone who wasn't afraid to brainstorm with me and help me figure out what I might want. He put me with Stephanie, who was delightful. She was very forthcoming with opinions without being pushy. She threw out a couple of ideas, and I decided I wanted to try an Ombre (sp?) color. She was very patient with me when I asked her to kind of teach me how to easily style it. I feel like she took very good care of my hair.
We had a little problem with how the color came out the first time. It was dark outside when I left, so I couldn't see the color well. I got up the next morning and got out in the sun and OMG COPPER! I called later that day and scheduled a fix with her, along with a couple of changes I wanted to make from what we originally discussed. She was great about it, saw exactly what I meant, and of course the color correction was free of charge, and I only paid for the changes I wanted to make. They seem a little pricey, but I will happily pay extra for someone who will stand behind their work and treat my hair well.

I really wish Yelp was around when I used to be a patron of this establishment. Please avoid this place if at all possible.
I was somewhat of a regular six years ago - even used them as my stylist for my wedding in 2006. This place is run by owners who are unprofessional and could care less about their clients. For instance, the owner's wife (who is also a beautician), styled my hair for my wedding. I consulted with her *prior* to my styling session as to the exact look I wanted. On my wedding day the stylist proceeded to cut bangs and style my hair in a manner I had never expressly authorized. When I objected she reassured me that "she knew what she was doing." Yep, needless to say, I was so upset by this. My hair looked awful and I never returned. Mind you, I had been a regular client prior to this experience. I even overlooked their repeated indiscretions regarding wait time, overcharging for services, rudeness, etc.

Everything was superb and will be back on Monday...must keep the coif lovely!

And my hair was cut great and is getting healthier.
