This is not a good place to get your lashes done . They have hidden fees and the owner is very rude and nasty . I was charged for something I did not authorize . The service was basic, at best. I will never step foot in this facility again .

Such a convenient lash spot, pricing is very reasonable compared to most and you're able to get in and out the door just as quickly! Love all the different options they have, as a single mom lash extensions are a huge time saver in my day and I recommend it to anyone who is constantly on the go and wants to look out together effortlessly!

My wife's lashes fell out after only 8 hrs. NO REFUNDS ONLY REDOS. Why would anybody want a redo with the same inferior product. Her lashes were only done for vacation purpose only. What a huge waste of money. Better lashes at her nail salon for a cheaper price.

My experience with Dekalash in Greenville was not at all what I was hoping for. Emily was my service provider and she was truly sweet. I explained to her this is not something I normally do but since I am leaving the country today I wanted something extra. She explained to me a fill in every two weeks would be needed. No issue as I don't normally have them done so after my trip I would just let them come out naturally. I had the service done at 2:30 Saturday April 9th and they had completely fallen out from my left eye by that night. The next day the right eye started falling out in clumps. There was huge gaps in eyelashes. For almost $200 this is not what you'd expect in less than 24 hours of receiving services from a professional company. I will say the $30.00 sets at the nail salons last much longer and don't seem to do near the damage not do they take 2 hours to perform the service. When we contacted their customer service they stated for us to return to the salon when we get back to town and they would make notes on our account. We arrived at Dekalash Saturday April 16th (came home from our trip midnight last night) and met with the owners husband of Dekalash. He stated they don't do refunds but would only refund for the eyelash maintenance product since they were brand new and I didn't get to use them. NO I didn't get to clean my lashes in less than 24 hours. The entire experience was a huge waste of time and money. I would avoid this business at all cost. For the money you can go to an actual salon that does mani, pedi, lashes, brow tint, and brow wax for $200! Photo with date and time for reference

The technician was wonderful but the product was terrible. They fell off within 24 hours then they put them on again and they fell off again within 3 days. There was no refund or any offer to fix the issues after the second try. Both times -while I was there other ladies were having the same issues.

Quite honestly I felt just completely scammed. My lash tech was very nice but holy shit was this experience awful. Their lashes and adhesive must be extremely cheap. Because seconds after leaving my lashes start to fall out. I took care of them and hardly touched them, slept on my back. I could hardly sleep because I kept walking up to lashes in my eyes. By the morning I had none left. The lashes were every where. My cheeks my eyes, my shirt my phone screen. I called to get a refund and cancel the membership I agreed to. They said all they could do was have me come in to get them fixed but HELL NO. Why would I put myself through that again?? And it's clearly that shitty product! The lashes are wire like and very plastic feeling. Not to mention they said even though I want to cancel not even 24 hours later, I will still be charged 109 for signing up. I'm sorry but why wouldnt you verbally say that to your client?? The lashes just stay on long enough to take as much money as they can get from you and get you out the door. Over 330 bucks later... and I have nothing to show for it. Thank god I didn't do this for a wedding or something because I would be heart broken.

got lashes tinted here and the lady was not very friendly and acted like she didn't want us to be there. My moms tint all came off furring the process because it was burning her eyes. Didn't burn my eyes but the lady got the tint product all around my eyes on my skin and it won't fully come off. Seemed very unprofessional and not worth time or money.

Got my lashes done two days ago & they're almost gone . I've had lash extensions done in several different states & never experienced this . Complete waste of money .

100% worst experience I have ever had. Way too much to type but it's sadly very clear that this company and the owner have zero desires to do the right thing when confronted. Be careful of appropriate wording and being tricked into different pricing. So sad. I even called the Deka headquarters in PA and still couldn't get appropriate help.
