• I've had better communication with some lash artists than others.. it took a few months for me to FINALLY have an artist understand the look I've been wanting rather than having a lash look applied that the artist loved, but wasn't necessarily right for me (or the health of my lashes). Other than that, the establishment is always a very clean and relaxing environment, and everyone is always sweet and helpful!
