• The first time I visited Deka Lash was about a month ago. When I walked in, I was greeted kindly almost immediately and I was shown how to sign in and walked back to where the lashes would be applied. Halee was very friendly; I shared that I was nervous and had a hard time staying still. She did not judge but tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Halee worked quickly and efficiently. Thank goodness because it was challenging to keep my eyes shut, even for an hour! After the appointment, Halee shared the membership options which seem reasonable. Over the weekend after the appointment, I was overwhelmed with the amount of care I needed to give the lashes and thought it would be difficult. I called Deka Lash the following Monday and they offered to have me come in to tend to my concerns. (They have a 5 day guarantee.) Halee wasn’t available, so I consulted with Ashley, who reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and answered all of my questions, and said that the lashes had been applied very well. I went in for my 3 week appointment, and the ladies were running late. I was so impressed with the way they handled the situation. They were proactive and wanted to make sure that I would be satisfied even with the later start, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. I got the 3D refill for that appointment, which looked nice but I didn’t honestly see a difference between the 3D and the classic, so will continue to do a classic refill instead. This could be due to some of them still being the classic lashes, I’m unsure. I went in for an express fill a week later and the staff was incredible and again, Halee worked quickly and efficiently. My first experience with lashes was with Deka Lash and with the 4 times I have been in for extensions or consultations have all been wonderful. I am thankful for such a caring and friendly staff and for people who were willing to accommodate my needs and be proactive in situations that cannot always be controlled. I look forward to my next appointment!
