• The stylist that assisted me was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to undo the subpar work of another stylist from a different brand. She was patient and consulted with me throughout the entire process. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and she had a virtual example of what the different styles would look like. She had a soft calming voice and at that particular moment that's what I needed. I was so impressed with the outcome of my lashes and the service of my stylist that I purchased a membership.

• Ellie was amazing! She was so sweet and attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The chairs were so comfortable as well I basically fell asleep because nothing hurt or felt stiff even though I was there for 2 hours! The facility is very clean and pleasant to look at. Lastly, my eyelashes came out looking Bomb.com
