• I'm sure it was out of habit, but when I called the store to book my location she told me to get there 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork, I got there and the store wasn't even open yet. Everyone arrived at my appointment time which was a little weird, maybe push the first appointment back 15 minutes or have staff arrive before the minute of opening so the customer doesn't feel like they're interrupting opening procedures. The rest of the appointment, including the staff, was great. My lashes are beautiful but seem to be falling off much sooner than I expected.
