Deka Lash

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I loved the concept of a membership with regular fills, but this place is so RUDE!!
I went for my initial set, was not really happy with the final look and wanted to come in for a consultation at a different location, closer to my home. The first person I spoke to was very helpful and scheduled me for the Glenview location I requested. Then I got a message that they had to cancel it. When I called to reschedule, they scheduled me at 2 different locations, the original place and Glenview, both for the same date and time. When I realized they double-booked me, I canceled the one at the far location. I was then called and was told if I needed any "fix" done I was going to have to go back to the original location. The woman on the phone clearly didn't want me coming to the Glenview location and I'm sure that's why they canceled my original consultation. I just wanted to have someone look at them, and maybe add one or two lashes where there were missing spots, which I would gladly have paid for!! They clearly don't want my business at the Glenview location and I was fully excited to get the membership and get regular services. I just wanted a consultation to discuss the lashes I had BEFORE I signed up. This was the strangest customer service experience I have ever had. For a company to NOT WANT new business is so bizarre.
I asked them to have a manager call me so we will see if they ever actually do...

Absolutely horrible experience!!! They knew that they were having trouble with the glue being used and continued to use it, knowing the lashes would not last! Lucky if you get 3 days out of them. Cannot ever get a hold of someone working there, terrible customer service as a company.
Avoid completely!!!!

I was going elsewhere for lashes, and wasn't super happy. I called the Glenview location to ask a few questions, and they were super nice! I got booked with Linda, and she's amazing! My retention is great, the lashes they use are much better quality, and their subscription is pricey, but worth it (and really not more expensive than anywhere else-it just seems like a lot!). Their communication on appointments makes it super easy. I highly recommend this location!

They could not offer a one time courtesy credit to my membership points that have been expired FOR ONE DAY. They clearly don't know how to take care of customers that have been loyal to the franchise. Never returning to Deka Lash. Really unfortunate as I genuinely liked and wanted to continue to support them. I was told by the customer service rep Nicole that Betty Anne, this location's owner, is the one who rejected my request, again my points only expired yesterday. I will no longer be recommending DL to friends.

I have gotten lash lifts pretty regularly (every 8 weeks) for a couple of years now, but after moving and having to find a new salon in Illinois, I was pretty nervous. I had to schedule an appointment at the Glenview location after my original appointment with another one was cancelled, and I think it was fate. Claudette did my lash lift to perfection! Seriously, this was my favorite lash lift service I've ever had, and I've had a lot.

My favorite thing about the Glenview location is their abundance of parking. My local Deka Lash has street parking, so I always have to plan additional time to get to my appointment on time--you definitely don't have to worry about that here. Their space is very clean and relaxing. I was offered a blanket and I'm going to be honest I think I might have dozed off at some point during my appointment because I was so comfortable. Their pricing is fair ($84.99 for a base lash lift) and payment is a breeze since they keep your credit card on file to hold appointments. Highly recommend :)

The Deka Lash corporation is very corrupt and have poor customer service. there is no way to contact a location directly for any reason including regarding appointments. They give a very hard time to customers for using their own accumulated funds for membership and their membership plan is a scam and a gimmick. I lost more than $350 because of this scam. when I called corporate each time they lied to me and told me a different story and I never got to use the services worth what I paid or a refund for my amount. stay away from this brand, those Lashes are not worth the headache.

I got a fresh set of lash extensions put on yesterday. EVERY SINGLE ONE FELL OFF WITHIN AN HOUR OF GETTING HOME! I've had extensions dozens of times and this has never happened to me. It's almost like no glue was used.

I called immediately this morning because I was the last apt of the day yesterday. They refused to let the girl who worked on me fix them because she had graduated from the training program. They would only give me an apt a week from now with a new trainee. I declined.

What a waste of 2 hours.

Trying to reschedule an appointment is ridiculous. You have to do a chat thing instead - which takes so much time! of calling and their online booking will only let you cancel your appointment - not reschedule it yourself. And if you cancel you have to pay the full amount. other than that they do good work.

I always had my lash extensions for so many time. I knew how to take care of them by not get them wet at least 48 hour. I bough deka lash on Groupon to go to Cherry creek in Denver. My lash start to fall since the first day and continuing to fall everyday, with on three days all my lash extensions all gone!! Three days what a joke!!! Save your money don't be cheap like me I spent 75 dollar on the classic full set (save 25 dollar from Groupon deal) not again my friend with this piece of crap

This is the worst place!!

I got my lashes done for the very first time in my life and honestly if I went to the dollar store and bought fake lashes they would look better.

Their website says that if you're not happy with the way the lashes look you can either get a removal and a refund, or they can try to fix them.

I was just told that I got what I paid for and I can book a 30 minute session to take the lashes off and pay 30$.
