First time coming here and I'm completely obsessed with Sylvia she's the best!!!!

I've been doing lash extensions for over 10 years yes before they got super popular and my regular is out of the country THANK GOD I found Sylvia she listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for I will definitely be seeing her again!

Lauren did an amazing job with my lashes! She did a tint and lash lift. I highly recommend booking with Lauren at Deka Lash! My lashes look healthier and longer and more full!

Having most of my lashes fall out within an hour of having them done isn't great, is it?

From the moment I walked into this place my gut instinct told me it was an impersonal lash factory churning out clients with inexperienced aestheticians. There seem to be one or two aestheticians who have been there a while and have loyal customers but the one I got didn't inspire any confidence. Ana was nice but was unable to help me get the look I wanted, and what she did give me was a disaster.

First of all, I went in and asked for B curl eyelashes - I wanted them full but short. She said they don't have B curls and only have C. Okay, cool, let's do C. Then I asked her how full they would look (I had originally booked True Volume) and she held up a box and said it was a fan of six. I asked her again how full it would be and showed her a picture of what I wanted but she still wasn't able to tell me how full it would be, so I asked for Mega Volume. I even asked her to recommend lengths for me but she just said let's try to follow this lash map you have... which ended up looking completely different.

She then asked me to lay down on the hard bench they have - with no pillow. I was surprised but thought okay, maybe it won't be too bad, but two hours later my neck was killing me so I asked her for a pillow. She said they only had a small one. Well, whatever, bring it out! Offer your client some comfort! I heard one of the other techs ask their client if she wanted a blanket. I got no such offer.

When she was finally done, and handed me the mirror to look at myself, I was HORRIFIED. I looked like a clown. The lashes were uneven, too long, and had volume but were NOTHING like the picture. She should have known that it would not look like the picture I showed her before she started. It was very clear throughout the whole thing that she was inexperienced and didn't really know how to skillfully mix lengths to give me what I wanted. What a joke - I was extremely unhappy and she had no clue how to even try to fix it.

So now I'm out $250+ and completely unhappy a few hours before I get on a plane to go on vacation. I get home and am staring at my eyelashes in my bathroom mirror when I suddenly see some hanging off. I gently use the spoolie to comb it back in, when... the lashes start falling out in clumps. The attached photo should tell you all you need to know. Half the lashes she put on basically fell out immediately.

It was a horrible experience and I would have gone back to fix it but for one thing I was getting on a plane and for the second thing I didn't want her anywhere near my lashes again. This place is awful and I'm truly surprised at the positive reviews. You may have a good experience with one of the more experienced aestheticians but otherwise this place is just a money making venture that is understaffed with inexperienced staff.

I've been doing my lashes for few months now and so far,Brenda has been providing me with quality work. My lashes withstood so much water fun,high humidity and big rain from my recent trip to Fiji. Lashes were still intact and fab!

The place is ultra clean and I am provided with a throw blanket every time. In addition,their lash table/bed is comfy.

Location is in a plaza so it's perfect. I don't think parking is a problem. Although it can be very busy but you can always park safely.

So happy,,,I went for my first full lash set with Deka lash! Mahina, explained in detail the process and with patience, answered all my questions and made me very comfortable for my first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I knew I was in good hands. I am so pleased with the results and look forward to my next visit!

MARY did a great job with my lash lift. She was very quick and efficient! My lashes look stunning!

Savannah is the absolute best. I am so happy with my lash lift. She created a customized way to do my lashes and I have never been happier!

Denise did a great job on my lashes and cleaning up my brows. I'm very happy. Definitely going back.

I just started coming here about 3 months ago. Savannah does my True Express lashes. She does such a great job, I receive many compliments, they look very natural (like I just put mascara on) . I was very impressed with the set, so naturally I am member now and get my fills done by her as well.

The process is so relaxing every time that I fall asleep. Applying the lashes never hurts, I cannot even fell them being applied. I am comparing her technique to other places I've been before that was very uncomfortable and I would never fall asleep.

Savannah also listens to any concerns I may have about the lashes and now that I've been there for a few months she KNOWS exactly what to do with my lashes :) :)

My eyebrows fell out after brow lamination, sub-optimal lash extension experience and disappointing customer service.

Recently joined and my first service was an eyelash extension.
I had someone who seemed inexperienced--- my eyelashes seemed to be curling and pointing in different directions and I didn't quite get all the "maintenance" info I needed (received more the next day). I followed direction carefully but my lashes started falling out immediately and they were pretty much gone within the week. I know that's a risk but the short time frame really put me off. I suppose I should have paid the extra money for a more experienced tech?

I had also had a brow lamination ---there was very limited info on the website so I physically went to the location to inquire. I asked many questions about the safety and results. I received limited information and that should have been my sign to walk away.

Immediately after, I had a concern about the processing and called customer service to request a CALL back--- which never came. Text support is hit or miss and chat function seemed useless.

Within a couple of days my previously healthy, normal looking eyebrows seemed to disappear and it looks like they were "singed" off.
It appears I was over processed??

I asked for a refund multiple times and they REFUSED. They did offer a re-do but they weren't registering that my eyebrows had disappeared. This less than desirable response is the main reason I'm even writing this. If I offered a recurring membership service, I would be going out of my way to keep a client happy. They don't seem to care.

The picture below was taken during the first week as I was losing the eyebrows (they still also had tinting on the skin so that's not all hair) --- the damage/loss progressed from there.

I would NOT recommend this company and ESPECIALLY this location.
