• It wasn't super welcoming or friendly. Staff seemed irritated with me and I could tell. (I was late due to something out of my control) I called twice and comments about me not showing up were still made. I felt uncomfortable because I knew everyone was irritated. After apologizing for something out of my control, either have me reschedule or accept my apology and be nice. This was something I did as a treat to myself and it's not cheap- it would have been nice to not feel so uncomfortable. It wasn't awful and I get that late appointments are frustrating. I understand. I felt terrible. My lashes look great. Might have been nice to get more info on care and maintenance instead of just pushing a membership. I read the cards and asked questions, but if I didn't, no one would have said much. When someone feels awful for being late and apologizes, accept it and be nice. Don't have an attitude, make comments, or use it as a reason to not have basic manners. Life happens to all of us- please don't assume I'm careless. Either have me reschedule or accept it and remember customer service.
