I was there 3 times a week for mores than 2 months for 3mins Cryo at -220F, 30min Sauna 150F, Bemer, Relax Air leg recover system, 1Hr Float tank and 30min 0 Gravity Massage Chair and as a result my Recovery score tracked by my Biostrap agrees with my experience of this protocol being really awesome for extreme fast recovery for someone at Corporate America that just want to keep improving at the game, improve resiliency , get stronger and reach his highest potential. Can't wait to come back and give it another try!
