Jennifer was absolutely amazing and so helpful in getting everything setup for our first time doing cryotherapy & first time at Defy. We also loved the infrared sauna setup as well as the combination of services. From booking over the phone all the way through the process of the experience in-person, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back. We were already recommending friends the same day.
