I though Anastasia did a fantastic job. I could really tell she truly cared about what was hurting, vs just going through the motions and trying to get through the session. She was constantly asking me about what my issues were, and adjusting her treatment to accommodate- weather adjusting the pressure or the position of her working. After the session she offered up stretches and her expertise on how to get better. I will definitely be coming back, because I felt that she cared and took the time to customize the treatment for what I needed, and looked at me as an individual in pain- not just an hour or 90 minute job.
