• My first martial arts experience ever and it was so positive!!! Master Sheldon is very friendly and a skilled and knowledge teacher, the environment is also very inclusive and non intimidating. I can't wait to return!

• I like that the instructor gave 1-1 attention to each student and encouraged experiential learning. I also love that the classes are split with different foci - energy; strength and flexibility; and form. I also liked having the opportunity to watch the kung fu class. And all the classmates were friendly with introductions and chatting. I’m an introvert, yet felt completely at ease in the group. Thanks so much!
