• I like that the instructor gave 1-1 attention to each student and encouraged experiential learning. I also love that the classes are split with different foci - energy; strength and flexibility; and form. I also liked having the opportunity to watch the kung fu class. And all the classmates were friendly with introductions and chatting. I’m an introvert, yet felt completely at ease in the group. Thanks so much!

• I took the Chi Gong class and was impressed with Sheldon as an instructor. He is able to say and show, demonstrate his teachings, and laugh with his students. I feel like I learned a lot about energy and my body.
