I am staying with my parents for a few months, helping them with medical care. My sanctuary has been found in Decatur Healing Arts. I have been attending 3 yoga classes each week. My primary instructors are Benny and Joshua who both bring something unique to the sessions. Benny invites his students into a place of peace and meditation with music and Joshua brings joy and play. For me these are vital to my mind, body, and soul. I am able to carry the lessons with me and continue my practice at home whether in my yoga exercises, at work, or caring for others. My husband and I attended the couples massage workshop and had a great time learning and trying new ways to support each other. I look forward to attending more workshops along with my yoga practice.
