Loved Courtney. She was so effective and kind. I never really got much relief from acupuncture but this session, I really felt some healing. And the salt room experience was so soothing and rejuvenating. Great energy in this space!

My son is on the autism spectrum and I enrolled him in a Tai Chi class in hopes of helping him to relax more. Jude and Tammy are absolutely wonderful.
