My son is on the autism spectrum and I enrolled him in a Tai Chi class in hopes of helping him to relax more. Jude and Tammy are absolutely wonderful. I appreciate their patience, help and encouragement. He is catching on well and really enjoys the class. Allyn has been so kind and helpful too. My deepest gratitude to all of you.

Relaxing, instructor gave clear instructions and let students feel their bodies naturally and how the movements took in their own body. Providing tea, water if wanted and different yoga accessories if needed also (head rest, blocks, blanket, etc). Really enjoyable experience!
