Yogi Liana is a knowledgeable and professional, I'm returning slowly after some health issues with my left lung, the soothing feeling of the ambiance with candlelight's helps me to unwind and focus in restorative posses I was able to do my breathing with no pain. Thank you for a great class!

The class was outside, which is a nice way to meet the day. Lots of room. And the instructor was especially helpful to us newbies and spent time breaking down the moves. Very helpful.
