• There was safe parking off-street. I was greeted by name as I came in, and escorted to Ken's work station. I was greeted by Dean, who probably does recognize me by now, although he might not know my name (since I have been coming in for five years or so). My hair cuts have been consistently quality work; the three people who have worked with me over the years have been personable, capable and conscientious. The various trainees have been careful and friendly and address me by name.
